Jedi Master Mace Windu is back!
.. with a vengeance..
Yes, he’s out to get Anakin Skywalker for disarming him, literally cutting off his arm, in Revenge of the Sith. But wait, he’s not armed with a light saber? Instead, he’s wielding a high voltage baton to prevent Anakin from sky-walking, err.. vanishing? err.. disappearing?
On a serious note, this photo is from the movie Jumper, which also stars Hayden Christensen (Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars).
It’s kind of disappointing. The trailers were good. But the movie, as a whole, lacks the blockbuster ingredient. It’s missing a good storyline, a well-edited script, and impressive action scenes. The special effects were also substandard in today’s Hollywood. The characters weren’t even exciting. However, it does showcase spectacular locations like Egypt’s The Great Sphinx, Rome’s Coliseum and London’s Clock Tower. But that’s all into it.

The ending of the movie was obviously geared for a sequel. It seems it’s a must in today’s films, isn’t it? The makers of this movie will have to make a huge “jump” before it can be considered a hit.
The trailers really had me, especially the tag line “Bourne meets the Matrix“. I have to agree with Alfredo that in its 90 minutes running time, I never saw how Bourne met the Matrix. Did you?
Perhaps, Eminem had a hunch of how the film would end up after turning down the offer of becoming the lead character.

Laarni, I would not recommend it for cinema viewing, but maybe you could watch it on DVD. ;)
