Funds from your PayPal account can now be withdrawn from any local bank. If you withdraw over PHP 7000, there’s no charge. However, withdrawing below that amount, there will be a nominal fee of PHP 50. Also, there’s no minimum limit on how much you can withdraw (verified users only).
