I recently bought a new domain but still don’t have a clear understanding of what I’m really gonna do with it. I can’t decide on whether I should have it as an add-on domain, parked domain or have a separate hosting for it. What troubles me is that if I could maintain two blogs at the same time. I’m finding it hard to post something here, what more if I had another one to cater to? Am I being overly pessimistic here? Or do I need a slap in the back to keep me motivated? Oh well, the domain is there and I can do anything about it. I almost forgot, it’s xhien.net, basically inspired by my alternate name, xhien. I didn’t want somebody else to have it thus I decided on buying it. What a very lame excuse, ain’t it?

Anyway, layout has changed again. Simple. Clean. Hope you like it. Still has a lot of modifications to do though. Expect some minor changes in the theme soon.

On work related stuff, I’m a bit nocturnal now. I now belong to the group of people who eat lunch at 12 midnight. Yup, you guessed it right! I’ve been transferred to graveyard shift. If you’re wondering why we have night shifts, it’s because our client has offices around the world. We actually have three shifts. One for each region, Asia, Europe & Middle East and Americas. Since mid-October, I ate breakfast at 7pm, lunch at 12mn to 1am, and dinner at 7am. I’m thankful though that my sleeping habit now seems regular already but the first week of the transition was really tough. I wasn’t able to sleep during the first day. My head felt like it was about to explode. It was a struggle just to keep myself awake but the good thing was being able to adapt in just a few days. Come to think of it, I sleep for a longer amount of time now compared to when I was in the morning shift. It’s great coz I need to gain weight again, ya know. I’ve reduced a couple of pounds since I’ve been here in Makati.

Thanks to the Thanksgiving Day in the US, I had time to update. The Americas shift had no work last Thursday and Friday so I was able to rest well. Until next time!
